Our guide was awesome! It has been a busy ,long trip and I can't recall her name but she was great! Very friendly n personable. She had tons of information being a native New Yorker, and answered all questions we had. We all very much enjoyed the tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and was very good at making sure we could all hear what she was saying. I was very pleased with this tour and the cost. I would use this company again.

It was great having an experienced guide bring us. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared great insights. I loved the extra stories. I only rated this one star leas because our group got very behind and we did a great deal of waiting for people. The guide was clear about the rules but then we waited anyways. I appreciated how the guide worked to keep us on track and her patience but my advice for those on the tour is to be mindful it’s a group tour. We also did not get I side the 9/11 museum like I thought we would.

We loved our guide Afia! She made it all worthwhile providing informative information and insight into NYC. Sadly a lot of our time was spent waiting in lines for the ferry and not quite enough time at the sites. But it gave us enough experience to know which ones we might want to go back to and spend more time.

It was a really great tour. Atia, our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Very easy to meet up and was a good way to see Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial and Wall Street in 5 hrs.

This tour guide was late and looked like she just rolled out of bed. She repeated herself over and over with same info. Then asking for tips very unprofessional. I would recommend this tour only with a different guide.

You have to gather at the Starbucks over the road from the harbour entrance by the man with the red flag. The guide had good knowledge of the statue and the island and her knowledge helped make the visit more helpful

It is very crowded even in off season times. Time allotted at each location is very limited and somewhat rushed. We were not taken to the Stock Market Bull as advertised.

Our guide, Leann, was so knowledgable! She shared facts, history and highlights all day. She was approachable, very experienced and added tons of information to the trip. The only negative was the distance we had to walk on this tour. We expected to walk, but not nearly 3 miles! That with standing in line for over 30 minutes to board the ferry and another over 30 minutes to get on the ferry for our return was a lot! This should be labeled a walking tour, because it is!!!
